Before starting FIRST CHOICE HOUSTON BUILDING SERVICES, INC., in 2005, Fernando E. Villa Jr.-founder and owner worked for several commercial property management companies and janitorial cleaning companies for over 13 years. 

Mixing his A/C certification with his experience as a Lead Building Engineer and Director of Operations, Fernando developed the skills required to start his own facilty care and maintenance service company. From the beginning, Fernando put his experience to work and since created a successful business by focusing on client satisfaction and employment development. 

Today, Fernando oversees all the company's activities and is completely involved in all phases of the business to ensure the standards of the company are met at every job site.
